Job summary

TempWorks Software Incorporated is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift to move materials, load and unload, and maintain safe, organized storage in our warehouse. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of forklift experience or a valid certification, can operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and can read and write English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of forklift experience or a valid forklift certification.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and willing to assist with additional tasks.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Transport materials and products to designated locations.
• Inspect forklifts daily for safety and maintenance needs, reporting issues.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Ensure loads are secure and properly distributed before transport.
• Stack pallets and maintain organized storage areas.
• Perform daily equipment checks, including battery charging and lubrication.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory with warehouse systems.
• Wrap pallets and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Assist team members with warehouse and production tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Complete daily production logs and equipment inspection reports.
