Specialty Building Products is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler for our Claysburg, PA facility. The role requires forklift experience and offers $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Shifts run 3:30pm–12am, Mon–Fri, with weekly pay and full benefits. You will unload trucks, pick orders with a forklift, and ensure safe, efficient material handling within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of hands-on forklift driving experience.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Neat and clean appearance; able to work well in a team.
• Strong initiative and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and replenish products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick orders using a forklift until orders are filled.
• Report shortages or damaged materials and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with sales when orders cannot be shipped as ordered and adjust as directed by sales.
• Use handheld scanner for receiving, picking, loading, and cycle counting per WMS processes.
• Collaborate with WMS Coordinator on questions and updates.
• Band, wrap and prepare material for safe shipping.
• Arrange orders on trucks with safe weight distribution.
• Follow safety procedures and policies in warehouse duties.
