Mid-Am Building Supply is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Warehouse / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Mount Pleasant, IA. You will safely operate forklifts, pick and prepare customer orders, stock inbound materials, and load outbound shipments while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, forklift training, and the ability to read shipping documents.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass forklift training and evaluation.
• Ability to read, write, and understand shipping documents.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled second shift.

Mansioni

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and organize building materials.
• Load outbound trucks and vehicles, ensuring materials are properly handled and secured.
• Receive, stock, and organize inbound merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders from available inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Inspect materials for accuracy and report damaged products or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free warehouse and use PPE as required.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily shipping and warehouse goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
