Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy in Platteville, CO is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator for our state-of-the-art milk processing plant. You will transfer palletized cartons from conveyors to outbound trailers and assist with inbound transfers, while ensuring labeling accuracy and proper documentation.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and the ability to pass forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Detail oriented team member with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Have ability to pass Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report any deviations from Food Safety and Quality programs (HACCP & SQF) to your supervisor.
• Retrieve pallets from conveyors and confirm labeling integrity for accurate information.
• Load trucks with customer product from an order form and Bill of Lading, dispatched from the ASRS crane system.
• Scan pallets into DSI, track milk in cold storage, shuttle trucks and maintain logs and documentation.
• Support palletizing and labeling areas and monitor product integrity to reject compromised product conditions.
