Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Argos, IN is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. Shift is 3pm–11:30pm, with overtime on weekends as needed; you will move materials, load and unload trucks, and help keep product flowing accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, a current certification or ability to certify on-site, can lift 50 lbs, and are committed to safety and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• 2 years forklift experience preferred.
• Current forklift certification or ability to be certified on-site.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for a full shift.
• Basic math and reading skills for work orders and inventory counts.
• Strong attendance and a commitment to safety.
• Able to work 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and overtime when requested.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods
• Pick and put away inventory accurately using work orders, labels, or scanners
• Inspect loads and shipments for damage and report any issues
• Complete daily pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report equipment problems
• Keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed
