48forty-Solutions,-LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator in Methuen, MA. The role involves moving pallets, loading/unloading customer trailers, and maintaining safety on the warehouse floor. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, and 1-3 years of forklift experience is welcomed though not required.

The position offers 2nd shift hours (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-12:30am) with hourly pay of $18.00 and a path to long-term advancement, benefits, and company perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• 1-3 years of forklift experience preferred, not required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment.
