Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of verifiable experience.
• Load, unload, move material using forklifts or other power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with proper records and reports.
• Comply with OSHA standards and safety rules.
• Verify loads for count, stability and damage; report variances.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and keep area neat and orderly.
• Pass forklift driving test on first day; have a valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the MRF Operations team.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload materials and move them to storage, machines, docks, or railroad cars.
