Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a dependable 2nd shift forklift operator/material handler for our Richmond, KY plant. The role involves safe operation of forklifts, moving materials, and supporting inventory tasks to ensure on-time delivery.

You will unload, stack, and transport goods as needed, while following safety procedures and participating in training opportunities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong English literacy, and the ability to work up to 12 hours per

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• English literacy to safely perform duties and follow procedures
• 1 month related experience or training or combo of education/experience
• Previous material handling and Hi-Lo driving experience preferred
• Strong personal standards, reliability, and integrity

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and lift materials safely in an industrial setting.
• Move materials within the plant to designated locations and assist with inventory tasks.
• Unload, stack, and organize materials on pallets and shelves.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and on-time delivery targets.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training and continuous improvement activities
