Job summary

This role operates sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to move, locate, and store products while maintaining safety and accuracy. You will perform pre-operational checks, assist with inventory, label materials, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation: Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and shelves.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure efficiency.
• General Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized.
