Job summary

Endries international Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator II (pick module) in Brillion, Wisconsin. The starting wage is $20 per hour and this is a full-time, on-site position with benefits starting on day one.

You will operate the Pick Module forklift, pull product, and process orders. The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and standing for an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Essential Functions / Experience / Skills required:
• Maintain and inspect forklift equipment.
• Meet minimum Key Performance Indicators (picks per hours).
• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pick Module forklift to pull product and process orders for shipping.
• Maintain safety standards and inspect equipment regularly.
• Meet daily picks per hour KPIs and ensure timely delivery.
