Job summary

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator for our Riverside, NJ Distribution Center. You will offload trailers, receive inventory with RF devices, profile titles on Cubiscan, and move pallets to P&D stations for put away.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to operate forklift types, RF scanning, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be required; scheduled Mon-Fri 11:00am-7:00pm; EOE with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to operate Selector/Reach/Pacer/Drexel/Turret.
• RF Scanner operation required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and safety compliant.
• Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Offload trailers.
• Receive inventory using RF device.
• Profile titles on cubiscan.
• Run pallets to P&D stations for put away.
• Assist with putaway.
• Any and all other duties required by department workload.
