Job summary

Colonial Group in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, support order fulfillment, and maintain accurate inventory in daily warehouse operations.

You will move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products, perform quality checks, participate in cycle counts, and collaborate with team leads to meet daily targets while adhering to safety standards.

A HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months of warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Commitment to safety and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory in appropriate storage bays and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
