Agile Cold Storage in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Forklift Operator to help move, locate, and count merchandise in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will operate a turret forklift, follow safety protocols, and support inventory accuracy. Second shift 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, valid turret forklift certification, and at least 1 year of experience. You must be able to lift 60 lbs and work in a cold environment.

About The Role

As a Forklift Operator at Agile Cold Storage - Buffalo, NY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for operating a turret forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise in. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting customer demands. You will work closely with the operations team members to ensure that safety protocols are followed and that all warehouse operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Schedule

Second shift hours are 6:30PM - 3:00AM Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift operator certification
• At least 1 year of experience operating a turret forklift in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a cold, labor intensive and high up environment
• Schedule and cross training flexibility

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; sweep as needed.
• Keep the work area safe and clean, including mopping up any spills caused by cold storage or thawing processes.
