Job summary

Agile Cold Storage in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Forklift Operator to help move, locate, and count merchandise in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will operate a turret forklift, follow safety protocols, and support inventory accuracy. Second shift 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, valid turret forklift certification, and at least 1 year of experience. You must be able to lift 60 lbs and work in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid turret forklift operator certification.
• At least 1 year of turret forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Cold, labor-intensive environment tolerance.
• Schedule flexibility and cross-training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and support teammates.
• Complete pre-shift inspection sheets.
• Load/unload trucks and move product onto pallets.
• Scan product and place in correct area; verify accuracy.
• Secure product with stretch wrap and labels.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, or dock loader safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; mop spills.
• Keep area safe from cold storage or thawing spills.
