Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Carlisle warehouse. You will safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and ensure accurate loading, unloading, picking and staging.

This 2nd shift position runs Mon-Fri, 3:30PM-12:00AM, with pay of $20.28 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential and a biweekly productivity bonus. Must have 6+ months forklift/warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• A true team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Tackle additional duties as trained and directed.
