Job summary

Leon Farmer & Company is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Gainesville, GA warehouse. The role focuses on shipping, receiving, and operating a forklift to move and stock beverage products.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and occasional holiday scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Unload product from supplier breweries and place packages into inventory.
• Rotate current inventory in controlled environment warehouse.
• Load company trailers according to sales order.
• Unload company trailer upon return to the warehouse.
• Repack damage packages to deliver to the customer.
• Prepare pallet for the next day.
• Build, wrap, and mark all bulk route orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, local, state and federal laws.
• Be available for additional duties as needed.
