Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to move, organize, and track materials in the facility. You will operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory with attention to detail.

You will perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed, ensuring safe, efficient product handling and workflow. Onboarding is a structured 4–5 day program; strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (stand up hi-lo and pallet jack).
• Utilize handheld scanner.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
