Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to move materials safely within our Neenah, WI facility. This role supports production, loads/unloads trailers, and maintains organized warehouses. Pay is $23/hr with the possibility of overtime; shift is 2:00PM-10:00PM.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience in manufacturing, and the ability to pass a forklift driving test. RF scanning and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience in a production or manufacturing environment required.
• Experience loading and unloading finished goods and raw materials required.
• At least one year of forklift operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and complete required documentation.
• Supply production areas with raw materials and stock.
• Remove and record waste from production lines.
• Organize warehouse inventory using RF scanning technology.
• Move finished goods to designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare freight for outbound shipments.
• Assist with baler and bander operations as needed.
• Remove and weigh scrap bales.
• Change forklift propane tanks when necessary.
• Operate electric forklift charging stations.
• Complete daily forklift inspections at the start of each shift.
• Perform weekly forklift preventive maintenance, including cleaning and blowout procedures.

About The Opportunity

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading trailers, supporting production operations, and maintaining warehouse organization. Hours: 2:00PM-10:00PM

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience in a production or manufacturing environment required.
• Experience loading and unloading finished goods and raw materials required.
• At least one year of forklift operating experience preferred.
