Job summary

Abacus Solution Group in Pooler, GA is seeking a Forklift/Reach Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:30pm–1:00am). The role offers $20+ per hour plus benefits and overtime, with responsibilities to load/unload, move, and stage goods in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will conduct safety checks, log inventory using the WMS, and collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift/reach trucks.
• Ability to load/unload trailers safely.
• Good attention to inventory accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift / reach truck to safely move, load, unload, and stage palletized and slip-sheeted products within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity and accurate placement.
• Transport materials to designated storage and shipping locations according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning products and following warehouse management system (WMS) procedures.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with order picking, replenishment, and shipping/receiving as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and quality goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support warehouse operations and on-time customer deliveries.
