Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food manufacturing or QA experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to read and interpret product specifications.
• Must pass Lock Out Tag Out certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems.
• Document and calculate results accurately.
• Take corrective action, alerting personnel to adjust processes and report results.
• Identify, segregate and isolate non-conforming products.
• Lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
