Job summary

Green Meadows Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a QA team in a fast-paced food production environment. The role focuses on safeguarding product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have HACCP/SQF/GMP/FDA knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of developing high-performing teams while ensuring thorough documentation and data review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant food manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a food manufacturing quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team daily with coaching and guidance.
• Supervise, coach, and train QA Technicians with accurate documentation.
• Maintain Food Safety Management System programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure HACCP, SQF, GMP, and FDA compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations to promote food safety and quality.
