Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing required.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production goals and communicate to production staff.
• Oversee and coach employees on the plant floor.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
