Qualified Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers for a food manufacturing and packaging facility in Courtland, VA. This full-time, second-shift role (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) supports the production and packaging of peanuts and snack foods.

The initial assignment lasts about six weeks, with potential temp-to-perm based on performance. No previous experience required; training will be provided for dependable, hardworking candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing or packaging experience required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple production tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate food production and packaging lines (canning and bagging).
• Pack finished products into boxes and prepare orders for shipment.
• Apply labels to products, boxes and pallets.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets for storage or shipping.
• Check labels, dates, lids and quantities for accuracy.
• Rotate between production, packing, labeling and palletizing duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Follow GMP and food safety procedures.
