Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Production Lead for a food packaging facility in Courtland, VA. The role manages a small crew of about 10, ensuring daily packaging operations for peanuts and snacks run smoothly and safely.

You will set up and operate packaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, train team members, and monitor labels, dates, and quantities to meet production goals. This is a 6-week assignment with potential temp-to-perm consideration based on performance.

Qualifications

• Has prior production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic packaging equipment issues.
• Focus on product quality and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities
