Job summary

Manpower is seeking a 2nd Shift Packing Associate for a leading foam manufacturer in Hickory, NC. You will support the Packaging and Shipping Teams, inspect products, package, label, and prepare shipments, with attention to detail and reliability.

This role offers a 2nd shift Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, paid weekly at $17 per hour, with potential for growth in a growing manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• Previous packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
• Stack and organize materials according to production specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
