A Quality Facility Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Floater in Canton, OH. The role runs 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, with travel between client facilities and an average of about 50 miles per day. No prior cleaning experience is required—paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, clean driver's license.
• Be available for 5:00 PM–1:00 AM shift.
• Able to travel approximately 50 miles per day.
• Available every other weekend.
• Willing to learn and train new employees.
• No cleaning experience required—paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned facilities across multiple locations.
• Train and onboard new team members and assist with leadership development.
• Assist at different facilities based on staffing needs.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Buff floors and polish surfaces as needed.
