Job summary

gpac LLC. seeks an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for 2nd shift with a 4-day work week. Candidates should have 5+ years of flexographic printing experience and strong knowledge of press operation, color matching, and die cutting. Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred.

You will set up presses, mount plates, perform color adjustments, and ensure top print quality while maintaining safety and production documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience.
• Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes.
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press.
• Experience with color matching, registration, plate mounting, and die cutting.
• Ability to read job specifications and follow production requirements.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Dependable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Complete press changeovers and job setups.
• Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials.
• Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency.
• Make press adjustments to maintain print quality.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic press maintenance.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
