gpac LLC. seeks an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for 2nd shift with a 4-day work week. Candidates should have 5+ years of flexographic printing experience and strong knowledge of press operation, color matching, and die cutting. Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred.

You will set up presses, mount plates, perform color adjustments, and ensure top print quality while maintaining safety and production documentation.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes.
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press.
• Experience with color matching, registration, plate mounting, and die cutting.

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator with at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience. Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series P7 is highly preferred. This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-day work week.

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
• Complete press changeovers and job setups
• Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials
• Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency
• Make press adjustments to maintain print quality
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
