Job summary

Dwyer Instruments, PTY in Wisconsin is seeking a Flexible Assembler 1 for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 12pm-10:30pm). The role focuses on assembling stainless steel probes and plastic housings, following quality control procedures, and maintaining accurate production records.

You will test sensors, solder and crimp wires, cut and assemble components, and operate a variety of hand tools and test equipment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to meet deadlines and ensure product

Responsibilities

• Follow all quality control and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain and update all data records for work in process and finished goods inventory.

• Mix potting material and potting sensors.
• Use tools and equipment to cut wires and crimp sensors to wires.
• Heat shrink using heat guns or heat shrinking machine.

• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

Physical Aspects of the Job

• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Some lifting required (up to 60lbs).
• May be required to use the following equipment: small hand tools, wire strippers, wire cutters, fluke meter, multimeter, drills, crimping machine, potting machine, tape machine, plastic bag machine, press, soldering iron, and heat gun.
