Qualifications

• Welding per print or ability to judge and set equipment.
• Reading and understanding blue prints and using precise measuring tools.
• Running and machining parts on a mill and lathe.
• Proficient in MS Office for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build new tools, racks, carts, tables, or aids for production (≈40%).
• Repair tools, tooling, or aids for production (≈30%).
• Improve safety features and Poka-yoke on tooling (≈20%).
• Operate in the Guide TI system (≈10%).
