Job summary

Quad In-Store in West Allis is seeking entry-level and skilled machine operators to set up and operate finishing equipment such as die cutters and guillotine cutters. You will inspect products, move materials, and ensure quality while meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities include reading job tickets, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Prior machine-operator experience is valued; first-shift training is preferred, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and identify defects.
• Strong math skills and ability to interpret dimensions and quantity.
• Experience with forklift operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing equipment to customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality conformity.
• Move work-in-process using electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Read and understand job tickets and complete paperwork.
• Report productivity and waste/defects; adhere to schedule and safety rules.
