Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Filling Tech I on the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will operate filling and packaging equipment, perform setup and changeovers, and support quality checks to ensure production targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in filling/manufacturing, strong troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication with leads and maintenance staff. On-site role with competitive benefits and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in filling, packaging, or manufacturing roles preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple filling and packaging equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checks.
• Perform equipment set-ups, changeovers, and basic maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot routine mechanical or process issues on the production line.
• Maintain accurate production logs and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
