Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking a Filling Machine Operator to run high-speed filling equipment in a clean room environment. You will perform cleaning, setup, minor maintenance, changeovers, and breakdowns while adhering to aseptic technique and strict SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical, food, or other cGMP production environment experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs chest high.
• Adhere to and stay current on all training requirements.
• Wear clean room safety equipment/apparel and maintain safe work environment.
• The Company’s primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the position, including independently understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications written in English due to our heavily regulated work environment.

• Operate high-speed computerized filling equipment in a clean room and temperature controlled environment.
• Perform cleaning, set-up, minor maintenance, changeovers and breakdowns of filling lines using aseptic technique and document SOPs.
