Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to set up, run, and maintain equipment used to fill and package products for shipment.

You will work with high-speed dispersers, filling machines, pumps, robotics, case packers, and labelers while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. This 2nd shift role (2:00pm–10:30pm) offers bonus eligibility based on performance and requires adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint making control systems and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Breakdown and clean equipment, monitor gauges and dials for proper operation.
• Package and label filled containers to specifications and maintain production records.
• Ensure quality of raw materials and finished goods, report issues promptly.
• Maintain logs, perform minor repairs, and support other departments to meet production orders.
