Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and understanding of cGMPs, OSHA safety requirements, HACCP Feed & Safety Plan, and FSMA.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and lift 55 lbs. as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate feed manufacturing equipment to efficiently manufacture high-quality feed products.
• Receive, store, mix, and prepare ingredients and livestock feeds per quality standards.
• Safely load/unload trucks and complete loadout activities following protocols.
• Record and document all feed manufactured during each shift.
• Support production scheduling, inventory planning, and control of ingredients and finished products.
