KENT Nutrition Group, Inc. in Sheldon, IA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.).

You will support daily feed manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and help maintain a safe, efficient workplace. Responsibilities include operating equipment, loading/unloading, recording production, assisting with scheduling and maintenance, and following cGMP/OSHA guidelines. Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Farming background a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Daily operation of equipment to process and manufacture feed products.
• Operate the bagger, forklift and all feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow warehouse and loading protocols.
• Ensure KNG's quality assurance is met regarding ingredient receiving, load-out, and bagging.
• Record and document all feed manufactured during shift.
• Mix and prepare livestock feeds efficiently assuring accuracy and high quality.
• Assist management with production scheduling, inventory planning & control for both ingredients and finished products.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair as needed.
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Observe and enforce all company policies & procedures.
• Perform general work around the facility and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
