Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Joliet, IL. You will maintain the production facility, performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC-related tasks to support manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, can read machine prints, and handle working under pressure. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform repairs.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience with piping systems and electrical installations.
• Able to work under pressure and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work lists.
• Inspect HVAC, lighting, roof and premises regularly.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life-safety and security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Support roof maintenance and drywall patching as required.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Wear protective gear and follow safety procedures.
