Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in facilities maintenance in a distribution environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, compressor systems, conveyors, packing systems, Shanklin wrappers, and dock equipment.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PM of facility and equipment to identify potential problems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for compliance and operational improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.
• Oversee vendor relationships, work orders, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
