Qualifications

• Basic maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building systems.
• Experience performing repairs and routine facility inspections for safety.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs across building systems.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Respond to employee service requests and resolve facility-related issues.
