Job summary

Saint-Gobain's Mickleton, NJ site has immediate openings for Fabrication Operators on the 2nd shift (7:00pm–7:00am). The role pays $24 per hour with a 7.5% shift differential.

Positions run 12-hour shifts with an every-other-weekend schedule (48 hours one week; 36 hours the next). The successful candidate will manage production orders from start to finish, set up equipment, adjust machinery to maintain product quality, and perform manual assembly tasks including tubing and mechanical assemblies,

Qualifications

• Must possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret specifications.
• Ability to perform duties safely and efficiently to ensure quality parts.
• Strong dexterity and fine motor skills for assembling components.
• Commitment to following ISO 9001 QMS procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and adjust/make modifications to support quality production.
• Follow detailed instructions with quality as the priority.
• Perform manual assembly using tubing assemblies, formed tubing, recoiling, mechanical assemblies, and molding.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
