Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation in Duryea, PA is seeking a Fabrication Assembler for the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11pm). You will use hand tools to assemble parts and operate basic manufacturing equipment on the floor.

No prior experience is required, but candidates should be reliable, team oriented, and able to read work instructions. This is a full-time on-site position with safety and FDA guidelines in place.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, a team player, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to assemble fabricated parts and perform basic operations on manufacturing equipment.
• Test and calibrate assembled mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Adhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used by the team.
• Be aware of all Quality requirements and follow FDA guidelines.
• Identify documentation errors and bring to attention of Line Leader.
• Ensure safety and security rules are followed and report incidents promptly.
• Focus on continuous improvement and collaborate with Pride departments.
• Assist with organization and cleaning of the work area; keep aisles clear.
