Job summary

Wastequip's Toter Brand is hiring for an Extrusion/Compounding Operator at our Statesville, NC manufacturing location. This full-time role offers health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation/sick time, and more. You will set up extrusion lines, start up and shut down equipment, monitor safety, and produce quality resin at planned rates.

Second shift hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $22.45 per hour with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to obtain a forklift license and operate forklift when necessary.
• Color vision required.

Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion lines for production runs.
• Start up and shut down extrusion lines safely to meet output targets.
• Monitor equipment for maintenance and safety issues.
• Write and maintain accurate production reports.
• Perform quality checks on produced resin and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain 5S and clean work area; follow all SOPs.
