LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an Epoxy/Paint Operator situated in Aurora, Ohio. As part of the team, you will prepare and apply coatings to metal components critical for power distribution systems, enhancing their durability and appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on work.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts.
• Good hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspection.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blasting.
• Apply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniques.
• Operate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.

Skills

Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on work

Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts

Good hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspection

Education
