Job summary

You will inspect graphic products, verify colors, typography, images, and other design elements, perform color matching tests, monitor production workflows, review proofs, document defects and corrective actions, and provide feedback to production staff to improve ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in graphic design, printing technology, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for client interactions.
• Minimum 1–2 years in quality assurance, graphic design, printing, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in design, color, and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate graphic products for quality and consistency.
• Ensure colors, typography, images, and design elements meet standards and client specs.
• Conduct tests on prints, including color matching and alignment.
• Monitor production workflows to ensure adherence to processes and best practices.
• Review pre-production proofs for accuracy and completeness; verify final product meets standards.
• Maintain records of inspections, testing results, and corrective actions.
