Ideal candidates should have an Associate’s degree in a related field and 2-3 years of maintenance experience, with strong skills in mechanical and electrical systems. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance focused on fabrication and automated equipment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing fabrication equipment, including lasers, press brakes, and CNC punch presses.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair fabrication equipment, including lasers and CNC punch presses.
• Implement new equipment and technologies into existing systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems and control mechanisms.
• Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems and automated machinery.
