Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with basic hand tools and welding is preferred.
• 1-3 years of operations or manufacturing-related work experience.
• Ability to read engineering prints/documentation with legibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are desirable.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for assembly and test of microwave tubes.
• Work from specifications, drawings, and procedures to produce components.
• Perform mechanical assembly and related duties including teardown and cleaning as needed.
• Maintain build records and ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Adhere to clean room conditions when required.
