Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Electrician (2nd Shift) in Franklin, MA to join our Engineering & Building Operations Team.

The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial electrical systems, with emphasis on safety and reliability. The candidate will have a Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license, at least 1 year of hands-on electrical experience, and completion of an electrical apprenticeship or trade school.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety focus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and one-line diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and building controls.
• Monitor and service electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, UPS systems, and generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical testing to ensure safe and reliable operation of building systems.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders using a CMMS system.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors while supporting overall building operations and facility performance.
