Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial electrical experience in automated manufacturing or packaging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead: primary 2nd shift technical authority for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plant electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Execute Active Logic Diagnostics: trace schematics and blueprints to diagnose failures and minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC & Code Compliance: perform repairs and upgrades per NEC guidelines.
• Maintain Master Documentation: log daily shift maintenance and update drawings.
• Manage Overhead Electrical Infrastructure: access and service overhead power distribution safely.
