Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc in Kentucky is seeking skilled Electrician, Electronics Technician and Automation specialists for 2nd shift to maintain and improve plant systems. You will manage daily maintenance, review prints, perform hands-on work, and use CMMS to track work orders and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Certification or vocational training in electrical/electronic maintenance required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and electronic prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily maintenance of assigned areas (Scales, Plant Wide Electronics, Electrical, Automation).
• Developing, maintaining, updating and organizing electrical/electronic prints and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Hands on maintenance is required.
• Manage Preventative Maintenance programs and ensure work orders are completed as scheduled.
• Schedule and perform preoperational testing and inspection before production on both shifts.
• Inspect and evaluate equipment, set up evaluation schedules, and prepare written reports.
• Verify cleaning procedures and safety guidelines for machinery and components.
• Utilize CMMS to full capability.
• Attend weekly production/safety meetings.
• Directly responsible for production delays related to electrical/electronic failures.
