GXO Logistics, Inc. in Georgia is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor to lead the EHS team and ensure regulatory compliance across our warehouse operations.

You will implement safety programs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with site leadership to meet customer objectives. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience, strong knowledge of OSHA and state regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated support to the EHS team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and communicate EHS processes and procedures.
• Review and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct on-site audits of facility requirements related to EHS.
• Develop and communicate EHS programs and action plans.
• Lead safety meetings, training and continuing education.
